Scenario: someone taking a certification exam submitted a request for testing accommodations. We needed to confirm their submission but also outline what the candidate could expect next.
Form Instructions and Field Names
Forms aren't always exciting, but the content is crucial. In this example, the instructions are clear and at the target grade level. The form field names are easy to understand, starred correctly, and formatted to match site standards. They also map appropriately to the search terms in the back end.
